PROPOSED AMENDMENT WHICH APPLIES TO THE STATE AT LARGE
Proposed Amendment Number One (1)
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of Alabama of 1901, to require
the election of the members of the city board of education of any
municipality in the state with a population exceeding 125,000, upon the
approval of a majority of the qualified electors of the municipality.
