Important Dates for Election 2008

Presidential Preference Primary Election - February 5, 2008

January 22 - Voter registration deadline in Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
January 24 - Last day for voter to make application for an absentee ballot in
Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
January 25 - Voter registration deadline in all Counties except Baldwin and
Mobile Counties.
January 30 - Early voting day in Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
January 31 - Last day for voter to make application for an absentee ballot in all
Counties except Baldwin and Mobile Counties.
February 4 - Last day for voter to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot.

Primary Election - June 3, 2008

May 23 - Voter registration deadline.
May 29 - Last day for voter to make application for an absentee ballot.
June 2 - Last day for voter to hand-deliver or postmark an absentee ballot.

Primary Runoff Election (If Neccessary) - July 15, 2008

July 3 - Voter registration deadline.
July 10 - Last day for voter to make application for an absentee ballot.

General Election - November 4, 2008

October 24 - Voter registration deadline.
